I took part in a "Clean Eating Challenge" this week with some friends. To help keep me accountable and to add some fun to it all, I decided to focus my "photo of the day" on one meal or snack from the day's menu. Mouth-watering food photography was definitely a lot of fun this week (and yes, most of the meals tasted just as good as they looked!). For the record, the challenge ended on Saturday, so Easter Sunday was enjoyed at our family gathering with a little messier menu and features a photo of an appetizer that my brother made!
